PAST and PRESENT

Canali has been Preferred Supplier since 2006 to the European Team at the Ryder Cup, the world’s most important and long-running team golf event held every two years between top European and US players.
This year the competition, which will be held from 28 to 30 September at the Medinah Country Club in Illinois (USA), will see the European Team defend the title won two years ago in Wales at Celtic Manor by the team led by Colin Montgomerie.
As Preferred Supplier, Canali will provide the European Team and PGA officials with formal wear for the Welcome, Opening and Closing Ceremonies and for the Gala Dinner, as well as golf trousers to wear on the course. All the outfits will remain strictly confidential until the start of the competition.
Canali will also look after the image of captain José María Olazábal.
