Shot of the Day

From Sunday hackers to Tour Professionals, many golfers look skyward when their game is not going according to plan. Here in Medinah, the European Team looked up and experienced an unexpected moment of 'divine inspiration' as they began their foursomes matches on Day 2.
A stunt pilot had written 200ft high 'Tweets' in the blue skies above Chicago, encouraging the European Team to "Do it for Seve" - an emotional tribute to the legendary golfer who captured the public imagination more than anyone else in the history of the Ryder Cup.
The 'Sky Tweet' was one of 40 scheduled to appear in the skies above Illinois over the weekend, planned to be visible across 20 mile area. Five stunt planes, flying wing-to-wing at 10,000feet are 'printing' the messages using a complex computer programme to deliver them in a similar manner to how ink jet printers transfer content onto a page.
